Hi, I am Tanya Diable, the President and founder of Joey's P.A.W.. I started this non-profit in the hopes to make a difference in the lives of dogs who need assistance in mobility. Charlie and I adopt dogs with many different special needs and see the joy in having them overcome obstacles and live their best life. I want to see that same transformation in the dogs we assist. I was recently awarded the National INDIE Excellence Awards Children's Non-Fiction Winner after writing my first children's book, Bow Tie Boone. Boone is 1 of 6 of our special needs dogs and has recently passed his Therapy Dog training. Outside of my work with Joey's PAW, I spend a lot of time volunteering with Boone in schools, children's hospitals as well as the Pittsburgh International Airport. For those close to me, my other favorite passion is everything Christmas and especially Hallmark Christmas movies!
